Stage 1 Orientation to Water - 30 minute classes, 95$/session. This stage involves learning to be comfortable in the water and learning how to move in it.
Stage 2 Skill Development - 45 minute classes, 155$/session. This stage focuses on the basic movements and coordination needed for swimming skills like arm action, leg kick and breathing.
Stage 3 Skill Improvement – 45 minute classes, 155$/session. Involves improving all four strokes, developing good technique and increasing endurance, some dives and turns are also covered.
Winter Session - Jan. 12th to Mar. 25th (off Feb. break - 16th and 18th)
Spring Session - Apr. 13th to June 10th
