Meet Wrap Up: Craven Racing Series #4 (Jun 7)

Hello TEAM,

On June 7th our JAG athletes, a few TAG athletes, as well as 4 of our Elite-High Performance-Top Squad Masters athletes, stepped up and raced at the Craven Race Series #4 hosted by the GoldFins at the Shaw Center. This was a fun, one day event and a great meet to gain some valuable racing experience. All athletes did an outstanding job racing their hearts out and representing our TEAM with passion and pride. Along with all the fun, we posted some GREAT swims. Many best times, many first time swims, and two of our own Master athletes (Terri and Mallory) hit a qualifying time for Masters World Championships!!!

Laser Coaches are super proud of all the athletes who participated and stepped out of their comfort zone to compete and grow as athletes. This is a great racing series for athletes learning to race and next year it will be even better, as Coaches across Saskatchewan are uniting, through the hard work and strong leadership of Coach Ryan (as Swim Saskatchewan's Coaching representative), in building a north/south racing series along with an ongoing updating ranking system and a final championship meet up at Junior A's. Lots to look forward to next season as we build off the success of this year. Let's go LASERS!!!
