Pool School 2

This level further improves the skills learned in Pool School 1. In addition, floating, swimming underwater, underwater streamline, flutter and dolphin kick are introduced. More emphasis will be placed on learning how to breathe while performing these basic movements.  The main goal through this progression is to take the swimmers from vertical to a horizontal plane on their front and back.
